Senior Instructor - skills training (Seattle, WA)

Silverline Wilder Auto Group is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on skills training for service appointments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about service appointments. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in service appointments. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
