Senior Instructor - skills training (Seattle, WA)

Greenridge Yarrow Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Seattle. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on skills training. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient scheduling. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in patient scheduling. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
