Senior Instructor - skills training (Salt Lake City, UT)

Amberfield Drift Inspection Services is an inspection company in Salt Lake City with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on skills training. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about test reports. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in test reports. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
