Senior Instructor - skills training (Rochester, NY)

Highbridge Ivory Health is a healthcare provider in Rochester with clinics and support teams, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our skills training. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient education. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in patient education. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
