Senior Instructor - skills training (Rochester, NY)

Foxglove Summit Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Rochester, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our skills training. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in family communication. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
