Senior Instructor - skills training (Richmond, VA)

Cedar Wilder Medical is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on skills training for device records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about device records. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in device records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
