Senior Instructor - skills training (Reno, NV)

Rivermark Sable Staffing is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on skills training for timekeeping, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Reno. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about timekeeping. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in timekeeping. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
