Senior Instructor - skills training (remote)

Nova Loom Staffing is a Raleigh staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on skills training. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about retention. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in retention. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
