Senior Instructor - skills training (remote)

Ironwood Fern Care Services is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on skills training for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in licensing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
