Senior Instructor - skills training (remote)

Silverline Nest Staffing places workers with employers around Grand Rapids, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our skills training. You would join a large organisation of about 704 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about candidate screening. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in candidate screening. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
