Senior Instructor - skills training (remote)

Harborlight Vista Staffing Group is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on skills training for timekeeping, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about timekeeping. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in timekeeping. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
