Senior Instructor - skills training (remote)

Westbrook Amber Auto Group Partners operates automotive service and parts businesses around Spokane. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on skills training. You would join a small organisation of about 160 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about vehicle inspections. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in vehicle inspections. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
