Senior Instructor - skills training (remote)

Fernwood Pike Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Boston. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on skills training. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about training materials. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in training materials. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
