Senior Instructor - skills training (remote)

Bluepeak Iron Auto Group is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on skills training for warranty claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about warranty claims. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in warranty claims. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
