Senior Instructor - skills training (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Timber Early Learning Group and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. You would join a small organisation of about 79 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about enrolment. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in enrolment. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
