Senior Instructor - skills training (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Thistle Early Learning and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. You would join a small organisation of about 168 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
