Senior Instructor - skills training (remote)

Northwind Ember Early Learning runs childcare centres in Oklahoma City caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing records. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in licensing records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
