Senior Instructor - skills training (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Amber Auto Group and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about vehicle inspections. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
