Senior Instructor - skills training (remote)

Bright Quarry Care Services provides in-home and community support in Boise, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our skills training. You would join a large organisation of about 477 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about caregiver training. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in caregiver training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
