Senior Instructor - skills training (remote)

Bluepeak Vale Staffing places workers with employers around Grand Rapids, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our skills training. You would join a large organisation of about 821 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client orders. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in client orders. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
