Senior Instructor - skills training (remote)

Lumen Clear Care Services is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on skills training for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 537 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about caregiver training. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in caregiver training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
