Senior Instructor - skills training (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Fox Auto Group Partners and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. You would join a small organisation of about 80 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about vehicle inspections. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
