Senior Instructor - skills training (remote)

Bright Cross Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Jackson, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our skills training. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about field inspections. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in field inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
