Senior Instructor - skills training (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Cedar Health Group and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about referrals. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in referrals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
