Senior Instructor - skills training (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate North Medical and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about production lots. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in production lots. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
