Senior Instructor - skills training (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Cobalt Medical Group and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about device records. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in device records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
