Senior Instructor - skills training (remote)

Nova Corner Auto Group is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on skills training for customer estimates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 783 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about customer estimates. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in customer estimates. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
