Senior Instructor - skills training (remote)

Stonegate Harbor Health is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on skills training for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about referrals. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in referrals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
