Senior Instructor - skills training (remote)

Bright Beacon Staffing is a Fort Worth staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on skills training. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about onboarding. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
