Senior Instructor - skills training (remote)

Stonegate Quill Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Philadelphia, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our skills training. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient education. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in patient education. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
