Senior Instructor - skills training (remote)

Clearpath Sparrow Care Services provides in-home and community support in Austin. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on skills training. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in licensing. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
