Senior Instructor - skills training (remote)

Rivermark Cedar Health is a healthcare provider in Orlando with clinics and support teams, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our skills training. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about electronic records. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in electronic records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
