Senior Instructor - skills training (remote)

Redstone Forge Care Services Partners supports families and individuals in Raleigh with personal care and coordination, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about caregiver training. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in caregiver training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
