Senior Instructor - skills training (remote)

Highbridge Orchard Care Services provides in-home and community support in Honolulu. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on skills training. You would join a small organisation of about 63 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about care plans. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in care plans. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
