Senior Instructor - skills training (remote)

Foxglove Meadow Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in San Antonio. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on skills training. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about complaint handling. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in complaint handling. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
