Senior Instructor - skills training (remote)

Redstone North Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Oklahoma City area. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about student accounts. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in student accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
