Senior Instructor - skills training (remote)

Nova Umber Inspection Services Partners is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on skills training for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about equipment calibration. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in equipment calibration. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
