Senior Instructor - skills training (remote)

Harborlight Mill Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Honolulu. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on skills training. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about care plans. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in care plans. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
