Senior Instructor - skills training (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Basin Inspection Services and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about field inspections. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in field inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
