Senior Instructor - skills training (remote)

Ironwood Loom Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Memphis, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our skills training. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about customer estimates. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in customer estimates. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
