Senior Instructor - skills training (remote)

Silverline Cross Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on skills training. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about scheduling. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in scheduling. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
