Senior Instructor - skills training (remote)

Clearpath Health Group is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on skills training for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 787 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about clinic supplies. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in clinic supplies. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
