Senior Instructor - skills training (remote)

Bluepeak Iron Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Milwaukee. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on skills training. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about attendance records. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in attendance records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
