Senior Instructor - skills training (remote)

Silverline Cobalt Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Austin. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about service appointments. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in service appointments. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
