Senior Instructor - skills training (remote)

Amberfield Ivory Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Richmond, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our skills training. You would join a small organisation of about 136 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about equipment calibration. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in equipment calibration. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
