Senior Instructor - skills training (remote)

Highbridge Beacon Medical is a Tulsa company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our skills training. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about complaint handling. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in complaint handling. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
