Senior Instructor - skills training (remote)

Westbrook Lantern Learning Group is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on skills training for school calendars, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about school calendars. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in school calendars. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
