Senior Instructor - skills training (remote)

Silverline Meadow Medical designs and makes medical devices in Cleveland, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our skills training. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about regulatory submissions. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
