Senior Instructor - skills training (Providence, RI)

Silverline Fox Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Providence, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our skills training. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about supplier deliveries. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
