Senior Instructor - skills training (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Bright Ashton Inspection Services and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about equipment calibration. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
